Stress Management and Counseling

Today, women are more likely to suffer from stress related health problems because of the demanding, dual roles in family and work.  If left untreated, stress can pose serious threats to health and emotional well-being.  Stress can lead to clinical depression, but can also develop into physical ailments such as osteoporosis, heart disease, gastrointestinal disorders and mental debility.
